Members of BAPPS

BAPPS members are qualified analysts, therapists and counsellors (trained to at least diploma level) who recognise supervision to be an additional but related skill linked to the therapy profession.

All have undergone a significant personal training therapy or analysis. In addition, they have undertaken a separate training or a long apprenticeship in supervision.

Members are registered with either

The United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) or

The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC)

or are

Accredited members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

About BAPPS

BAPPS has adopted a written code of ethics and practice for supervisors to which all members subscribe.

BAPPS is a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Section).
