My theoretical thinking is influenced by different psychodynamic schools, but the theories that I lean on most are Object Relations and Attachment theories. Thus, my approach to supervision is primarily about creating a secure base that offers a safe relational experience for creative exploration and professional learning and growth. 

A prospective supervisee can expect to learn from my vast experience of:

• working therapeutically individually and in groups within secondary care NHS Mental Health pathway (psychosis service, crisis service, acute inpatient wards); 

• mental health / wellbeing mentoring in a university setting; 

• working as a psychotherapist in psychotherapy centres across London and in private practice;

• successful private practice since 2020;

• personal supervision (one-to-one, group, peer);

• offering short-term therapy in NHS Talking Therapies Service where I deliver brief psychodynamic counselling and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT)

Sessions are available in person and online.
