I have been working as a psychotherapist and supervisor for more than 30 years. I believe in the importance of building a good working alliance in order for supervisees to develop their skills and clinical practice and get the most out of their supervision. 

I am also an Associate Member of the IGA and facilitate Reflective Practice groups in organisations.

I work to the Code of Ethics of my Professional Standards Authority Register - UKCP and BAPPS.
